As an avid retreat goer and surfer, I would attend initial calls to see if a retreat was a good fit for me, but be disappointed after not feeling heard, seen, or the host not fully explaining the modalities of the retreat and how it could be a solution to my problem. 

After speaking with business owners, I discovered that typically, they don't have the time to deal with incoming leads or the skill set to convert them, and that's when I saw a gap in the market and knew I could help.
